Rockwell Hopkins, President & CEO
Rockwell Hopkins is President and CEO of White Rock Commercial.
Hopkins is responsible for the strategic vision of the company as well as directing all operations including real
estate development, land acquisition, project planning and design, financing, construction and marketing.
He is also directly responsible for the company's capital market relationships.
Before joining White Rock Commercial, Mr. Hopkins spent seven years as Chief Financial Officer of INVESCO Real
Estate where he was responsible for administering INVESCO's global expansion strategy. Prior to INVESCO, Mr.
Hopkins spent 15 years with various divisions of the Trammell Crow organization. His experience with Crow included
working with Trammell Crow Company, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Trammell Crow Residential and most recently with
Crow Holdings. Mr. Hopkins received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mike Perot, Senior Vice President - Development and Marketing
Michael Perot serves as Senior Vice President of Development and Marketing for
White Rock Commercial. Perot is responsible for identifying and overseeing all of the firm's development activities,
including site selection and project design. In addition, Perot leads the company's marketing efforts for both speculative
and build to suit projects.
Prior to joining White Rock Commercial, Mr. Perot was one of the founding members of Champion Partners, LTD.
Over his 15 years as Senior Partner, Mr. Perot had responsibility for the company's development activities including office
and industrial projects totaling 9.7 million square feet and $650 million in aggregate value.
Mr. Perot's prior experience included six years with Centre Development Company, where his responsibilities included the
development and marketing of CentrePort, a 1,200 acre mixed use business park.
Mr. Perot received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a Texas Real
Estate License. Perot has been active in numerous industry groups including National Association of Industrial and Office
Parks (NAIOP), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

John Stone, Senior Vice President - Operations And Finance
John E. Stone serves as Senior Vice President - Operations and Finance of White Rock Commercial.
Mr. Stone is responsible for structuring, underwriting, and financing its investment and development opportunities.
Before joining White Rock Commercial, Mr. Stone spent three years with The Broe Companies, Inc. in Denver, Colorado
where he was responsible for acquisition, entitlement and development of Broe's mixed-use and industrial projects.
Prior to Broe, Mr. Stone spent 8 years with Hillwood, a national commercial developer owned by Ross Perot, Jr.
His experience at Hillwood included large scale, master planned development projects in California and Texas.
Mr. Stone also spent three years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Stone received his MBA from Southern Methodist
University and his BBA from Texas A&M University.

Doug Otte, Vice President - Construction And Development
Douglas Otte serves as Vice President of Construction and Development for White Rock Commercial.
Mr. Otte is responsible for the oversight of construction activities, including: preliminary budgeting, due diligence, design oversight and cost control.
He oversees the construction and delivery of the real estate assets, strategizing on market conditions which drive the building features and cost effectiveness.
Prior to joining White Rock Commercial, Mr. Otte spent 22 years in similar positions with several national development companies.
In addition, he has held senior management positions with general contracting and subcontracting companies.
He brings experience across all disciplines of the construction process through his background in working for a variety of Owners, Developers, General Contractors and Subcontractors.
HIs experience working in markets across the United States provides a benefit to White Rock in pursuing projects beyond the Texas market.
Mr. Otte received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. He holds General Contracting licenses in several states,
has served on numerous industry boards and is currently a member of NAIOP, The Real Estate Council and several community based service organizations.
